   EVA insoles are produced through a streamlined, cost-effective process.

1.Raw Material Mixing: 

    EVA resin is blended with additives to adjust density and flexibility.

2.Extrusion & Foaming: 

    The mixture is extruded into sheets and foamed to create a lightweight, cushioned base material.

3.Die-Cutting: 

    The foam sheets are cut into standard insole shapes using steel dies.

4.Compression Molding: 

    The cut blanks are heat-pressed to form basic contours, though they lack advanced three-dimensional shaping.

5.Surface Treatment: 

    A simple fabric layer may be applied to improve slip resistance and comfort.

6.Inspection & Packaging: 

    Finished insoles are checked for size and basic quality before shipping.
