Orthotic hard-material insoles are engineered for foot support and correction.
1.Foot Impression & Scanning:
A custom mold or digital scan of the foot is taken to capture biomechanical data.
2.Material Selection:
Rigid or semi-rigid materials (such as thermoplastics) are chosen for structural support.
3.Heating & Forming:
The material is heated and molded over the foot model to create a supportive arch and heel cup.
4.Trimming & Contouring:
The base is trimmed to fit shoe sizes, and pressure points are adjusted for comfort.
5.Layering:
Cushioning foam or fabric may be added to the top surface to reduce pressure while maintaining support.
6.Final Inspection:
Each orthotic insole is checked for fit, support, and correction accuracy.
