PU/Hi-Poly Insoles Production Steps

1.Material Preparation: 

    High-quality PU or Hi-Poly foam sheets are selected and cut to standard sizes based on shoe lasts.

2.Heating & Forming: 

    The foam is heated to a controlled temperature to soften it, then placed into precision molds under pressure. This heat-pressing process creates a custom-molded shape with arch support and a contoured heel cup.

3.Cooling & Shaping: 

    The molded insoles are cooled to lock in their three-dimensional form and ensure long-term stability.

4.Finishing & Trimming: 

    Excess material is trimmed, and the surface is sanded for a smooth finish.

6.Quality Control: 

   Each pair is inspected for shape accuracy, cushioning, and odor resistance before packaging.
